Graphic Pic Warning

Hello I was wondering if someone could t

please tell me if what I found not too long ago on my labia minora as well as my vestibule is vestibular papillomatosis. I know I for sure have fordyce spots, but I also have finger like projections that look quite similar to other cases of vestibular papillomatosis. The first and last time I was sexually active, aside from masturbating, was about 4 years ago when I was 16. I performed oral and the guy didn't appear to have any warts. We also had intercourse, with protection, and I have never had any symptoms of any kind of STD. No itching not nothing, until a few months ago when I started noticing that my vagina had been unusually dry and a bit irritated. I decided to take a few pictures of myself down there and I noticed these tiny projections along my labia minora and vestibule. I don't have insurance and no PCP. I have been trying to get an appointment at a sliding scale clinic, but unfortunately haven't been able to due to all that is going on in the world. I would also like to add the I've recently lost about 70 pounds, so I've gone from a BMI of about 34 or so to about 21, that is the biggest change that has occurred in the past year for me. I'm not sure if that could've been the cause of this or not, but I was hoping someone could please help ease some of my fears, atleast until I can get officially tested, about whether this is genital warts or VP. Thank you!

I don't see anything that looks like hpv. What you are talking about looks more like vp.

looks like VP, some people get them and some people do not. All looks normal though. Are you still suffering from vaginal dryness ?

Thank you for responding! I was experiencing dryness for a while, however I have been drinking much more water and consuming a much better balanced diet and now my vagina is doing a much better job at moisturizing itself, I'm so thankful for that. I am gonna keep up with this regimen and hopefully the papules will go away some. I read that irritation can increase their prominence and some women have said they have noticed that they shrink sometimes, but never fully go away, so maybe they will become less noticeable. I'm worried I will never find anyone who will want to be with me because of this, so fingers crossed that it will only get better, not worse. Thank you again!

Yes a balance diet can help your body and as a result your vagina as well. Also if you are taking medication or supplements. You know the old saying you are what you eat ? As far as VP is concerned you should not be worries about it, trust me your partner will not know they are there and doubt they would even see them as they are very small. You lost a lot of weight, your changing your diet and getting healthier as it sounds. Dont worry about someone not wanting you or thinking different of you as VP is normal and not an STD. They will love you for who you are not by what type of vagina you have, VP or not . Love yourself and be happy with your body, you only have one 😃
