Help please, I am desperate. LS. ??

Hi everyone, quick introduction! I am 23 years old and female. I have pretty bad health anxiety and my brain can be kinda harsh in regards to that sometimes. I have struggled with my downstairs area for a few months now, such as re-occuring ingrown hairs, irritation after shaving, cysts. All checked by doctors and confirmed. In fact i have used the words "thin skin" before in regards to how it felt. Over a week ago i got a painful rash in my groin, pretty standard after wearing some uncomfortable tights a few nights before. As i was taking pictures to get a closer look i noticed some white patches / circles. Instantly I was panicked, googling everything under the sun, certain i had some sort of STI despite showing no other STI like symptoms (etc pain whilst urinating, strange discharge, burning. odors) I convinced myself I had/have herpes and it had stayed dormant for years. I broke down to my girlfriend crying. She was amazing as always, completely supportive whilst also simultaneously trying to remind me that it could be a million other things. I sadly currently have COVID so i am locked down until next week, otherwise i would have instantly gone to get tested. I think i will still do this for my own peace of mind, like i said my brain can be kinda mean. Anyway, as i was googling i came across LS. It looks incredibly similar to what i have found. I am scared to go to the doctors in the fear of being turned away or not listened to as i am so young and it's quite rare. I was just wondering if someone could have a look at the photos i have attached and give me some opinions! for information, the patches are not painful, somewhat itchy ( but i just put that down to general vulva itching ) they're not raised or filled with any type of liquid, they move with my skin as if apart of it if thats makes any sense??? Oh my mom also suffers from hyperthyroidism and i have been having some hormonal issues the past year or so. i read somewhere these might be related?

i am SO sorry for rambling post. i could just really use some guidance 😦 imageimage
