I had this weird tingling/burning sensation on my mouth and then i checked and saw bumps at the way back of my tongue. They say it's rare for herpes to be on the tongue, let alone the back but I don't know anymore. I'm just trying to figure this out and with my ocd and anxiety it's murdering me inside.

that looks like something i had before did you eat anything spicy or hot earlier? you should look up enlargened Papillae(tongue bumps). mines went away quickly
