Help please. Patches on skin.

Hello, I have two patches on my skin. One at the side of my breast and the other on my cleavage. the breast one has been there for so many months but the doctor didnt say what it could be, and the cleavage one has been there for a good few months. none seem to be healing and they barely itch, if ever.

The larger one is the side of breast and the smaller is the cleavage. theyre red/purple image

Could somebody help me?image

    You need to go back to the doctor if you have had these marks for months. How did they start?
