Help please potentially post nasal drip driving me crazy

Hi everyone.

I had a cold that lasted about 3 weeks and finally got rid of it last week. However I all of a sudden had a weird feeling like something was stuck in my throat.

I went to the urgent care and they diagnosed a mild case of Oral thrush

I have taken medication for the oral thrush and the feeling in my throat did go away for a while… however it returned last night.

I’ve now done a bit of research and it seems I might have post nasal drip or catarrh I think the NHS call it.

I went to the pharmacy today and picked up some saline nasal spray and some Covonia Cattarh medicine.

Has anyone else has this? It’s driving me crazy and even weirder that I don’t have any symptoms of a cold and I don’t have a cough. Feel so miserable, I also suffer with anxietyand this is just not helping at all 😦
