Help please. Vaginal pain and bladder problems

im not sure what's wrong. I've been having some pain that comes and goes. i also always get it followed by a desperate urge to urinate which is happening very often. and sometimes the pain goes after going toilet and other times stays for a while.

if i have a bath the pain stops but sometimes comes back after bath.

almost like a stinging/throbbing pain around clit? I'm not sure what's wrong. had a telephone appointment with doctor who prescribed a 3 day course of antibiotics for a water infection but they haven't helped.

i also think I have some swelling. pics uploaded. can someone let me know if they've experienced similar or what it looks like it could be. thank you image
