is this an sti I've been sick for tw weeks and painful wee and a bit itchy and abdominal pain

theres a few white spots above the clit and around the hood and the skin worried now

Your skin is pale, so there's not much contrast to properly notice the white patches you're talking about, but have you considered the possibility of lichen sclerosus? Google for symptoms and see if it makes sense.
