Help please.What are these lines close to my urethra

Hi

recently ive been dealing with some vaginal issues,i had a infection and took antibiotics but did alot of washing down there with a powder for infection which gave me mild burns ( red area you will see) ive been really dry on my vulva ans applying this cream my family doctor recommended that had zinc oxide to hopefully heal the red spots. she said to so it for 5 days and they are still there and burning alot! any recommendations?im scared they wont heal. I also have vestibular Papillomatosis which adds to the burning. My CURRENT MAIN WORRY are these purplish lines that showed up on the sides of my urethra!are they veins? more inflammation from the harsh products?maybe they have been there longer since they are hard to spot! im afraid my doctor might have missed them upon check up. im worried sick. please help me. I have health anxiety.File size is too big

      The lines look like blood vessels/veins to me. Don't see anything terribly troubling but find another dr who will check and zinc oxide probably isn't the right thing.

      Try vit A & D cream or coconut oil
