For the last couple of days, I've been very uncomfortable down there. It's dry and itchy and whenever I sit down, I feel like there's something inside my vagina. I've never had sex. Today I looked and saw a protruding piece of flesh I don't remember. If I touch it, it just feels like the rest of my vagina, but it can wiggle around. What do you think this is??

Hi, the itch and dry feeling could be an oncoming yeast infection. How is your discharge since the symptoms started ? The little fleshy part looks normal and probably is inflamed a little from the the possible infection. When you do have infections your vagina will get inflamed, have small bumps sometimes feel very tender Etc.

I do not think the piece of flesh is the problem but perhaps there is a problem on the inside and its not visible. This means that naturally gels and creams will not work. You may need antibiotics.
