I have been diagnosed with hetius hernia and Esophgetis last year. Then about 2 months ago I had very very sore throats that couldn't bare. Which my doctors told me it was cuz of acid. However 3 months down the line no sore throat,  but my left tonsile is still swollen. My glands swell every now and then and with a mild pain. How ever now I have painful armpits and my left breast is also sore. Just wondering if this has anything to do with my acide and if anyone know why my tonsils is settling down????????????

Please remember that the acid you belch up can effect your esophagus lining---- and cause esophagus cancer.  That is why I had mine surgically fixed.  Back when I was young, all kids had their tonsils removed, so I have none.  Sounds like an infection.  Can't you get tonsils out??  Simple procedure.

    Hi Honey ,

Your armpit pain sounds like your lymphnodes & pain in your breast should be checked out

    Hi there,

I don't believe your painful armpits have to do with either your hernia or esophagitis. I'm thinking it might be related to your swollen tonsils. You have lymph nodes in your armpit area and I think your tonsils are part of your lymphatic system.  I would check with a doctor - it's a possibility you may only need antibiotics. Any time you're worried about a health related issue, check with a doctor. He or she will tell you if it's something serious or easily treated.  I really hope it's not serious and that you feel better soon!
