Help! Pls can anyone identify this !

help, for about 3 weeks now i have had

  • painful sores along one side of my tongue
  • sore swollen gums
  • red sore roof of mouth that appear to have sores
  • ulcer in my cheek, back of mouth and roof of my mouth
  • bleeding gums

it is very painful and its restricting my eating, it doesnt seem to be getting any better either.

anyone know what this is as i brush my teeth twice a day and drink lots of water !image
