help pls! cobblestone throat not going away

a few weeks ago i performed oral on a guy and a couple days after that i got a sore throat but that went away after a couple days and my throat does not hurt anymore.

but i still have these red bumps in the back of my throat and i also noticed some white stuff on my tonsils. but im not sure if its cobblestone throat and or tonsillitis.

just last night I also noticed what i believe to be a blood blister on the inside of my cheek.

this might all be nothing but im a little freaked out, could this be a sign of an sti?
