Hello

In July I overdosed on adderal and it through me into a full blown panic attack, never had one before, took me about 3-4 months to getting back to feeling like myself. I gained weight in that time so I went back to the doctor. They gave me phentermine and I did not know it was another amphetamine. After two weeks I realized what it was and I stopped. I went through a weird state of withdrawals etc for about 10 days. A week later I'm like ok I can just do a thermogetic from the store. (I didn't know thermos had a bunch of stimulants and even close to amphetamine ingredients) after taking it for four days I got this weird feeling in my head and ever since then I haven't felt normal again. I have this weird feeling in my head not painful or anything just kind of full/fog feeling.

Do you all think it is just cause of the supplements and that I should recover?

Had mri etc everything is Normal.

In my opinion if your trying to lose weight do it the old fashion way, diet and exercise.Or were you taking it for ADD/ADHD?

Weight loss. Does it sound like the stuff is the cause of me not feeling right again?

Yes it very likely is. It doesnt mean you have damaged yourself, but you have put youre body under alot of stress. Try to lose weight using diet and exercise and maybe just glucose tablets to keep you going when you feel a bit off.

I would never take any thing over the counter to help you lose weight, you don't know what is in those supplements

if you are prone to anxieties and panic attacks stay away from those supplements

If you really want to lose weight exercise is the best way to go not the diet pills

I'm currently taking phentermine and have noticed I develop what I would guess an ADD symptoms. My heart races fast, my mind is thinking 100 things per min. I have been getting nightmares if I eat sugar before bed as well as heart palpitations through out the whole night. I'm screaming an yelling at my kids (NOT OKAY WITH ME)... I take xanax if I go too crazy. I'm not sure all this is even worth the weight loss anymore. sad
