HELP PLZ, BV or what is it?

so i havent had sex in about 4-5 months because i was out of the country, came back had sex with my boyfriend about 4 times within a period of 3-5 hours. 2 days later i started to get itchy and i went to the ER, they drew blood for possible pregnancy, Herpes, and did swabs for other STDS. they asked me if i wanted to get treated as if i was diagnosed with stds or wait for my results to come back. I decided to get treated, they gave me a shot which hurt like a b***h (i cried and it gave a really bad pain in my arm) pills and i was also diagnosed with BV. Made an apoiment with a gyno, she asked me a whole bunch of questions, looked at the results from the hospital and basically said i was fine and that the itching should go away soon i said okay and it's been two weeks now and it hasn't gone away and i got a cut or two on my vagina and it looks weirds, It's never looked like this before, it looks like i have an extra lip, well a big piece of skin and it's never been there before. i will be going to my gyno soon but i just haven't had time bc of work ( i work weekends too) so i really need some opinions here!!! (also there's a pimple by the clit but that's just a pimple that i popped)
