i usually masturbating and all things was fine suddenly in 27 of januray 2021 when i have watching porn and do strong masturbating my penis is got in semi erect the hourglass effect i shocked from that and i repeat the masturbating again and it happens again but when i get fully erection the hourglass was gone and i got straight erection so i reassured alittle but i notice that i have indentation in flaccid that means the shaft is got bigger than the body of the penis but it cant be seen in fully erection and its dont go away till now .. i went to have a penile duplex ultrasound but its normal .. no fibrosis and no palque and no calcification ... is that peyronie or what and what can i do to fix it .. my penis dont erect normally like before in morning and no other erection but only in intercourse .. when iam peeing or in toilet i see clearly that my shaft is bigger than my penis boy and the body is thinner than the shaft and its not the normal shape of my penis ?? i dont have any pain in erection and no bent at all

plz can anyone help me in this .. what is happening to me and what can i do to get back normal?

This is swelling from either internal damage or infection. Need to see a dermatologist for assessment.
