PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ PROPERLY AND RESPOND AND HELP ! IM DESPRATE 😢

I dont drink or smoke!

I’m a 27 year old male who weighs 16 stone (100lbs) 5'10 (white british) who has possibly caught hepatitis and is worried that I’ve past on to my girlfriend that ive just recently got back with.

history:

decemeber 22nd 2022:

december 22nd tested me for all types of stds and got the all clear, but i had itchy skin around private area mainly but also on chest and arms and legs. so all around my body. was told its usually a sign of diabeties so i got tested for diabeties and it came back fine. . ( my ALT was never tested at that time). (i cant remember if check they checked me cholesteol and blood pressure).

(after applying the cream mainly around my private area and around the rest of my body the itchiness seemed to have disapeared or basically disapeared

22nd febuary 2023:

i went straight to the doctors around a

feb 22nd as i was experincing itchiness again this time i was expericing it more from the feed and legs upwards i had scabs and red marks all over my feet mainly and was tested for diabeties, ,chloesteol and blood pressure

diabeties came back fine, cholesterol came back high and so did my blood pressure that was high too.

I was given off my gp a different type of cream to put on my body as i explained my body was itchy and also some lotion to use when in shower.

after repeatedly using it it seemed to have almost gone. i stopped using it and then it seemed to have come back. so i had to reapply the cream for it to go (which i am still using till this day to make sure it doesn't come back otherwise it comes back in full force).

(from what i know the gp doesnt know about the itchiness the first time at std clinc).

i think i then had unprotected anal sex with chinese trans around march possibly april...

(me doing the penetrating).

3 weeks later i ended up having unprotected sex with my ex girlfriend and fixxing things with her..

June 15th 2023:

then june the 15th i asked my gp to check my bloods for everything on a routine check as im

concenered as the itchiness on my feet and the scabs were coming back as soon as i stopped using the percribed cream and lotion that the gp gave me.. so the blood tests came back everything were fine apart from my

high cholestrol high blood pressure and high atl.

my atl level was (180 atl).

knowing the full story and the dates above what's the likelihood that my high atl (liver) issue is down to a type of hepatitis and not something else.

I’m a 27 year old male who weighs 16 stone (100lbs) 5'10 (white british)

happy to answer any questions, though please help because my gf has really bad health conditions. im thinking on letting her know soon as possible as she suffers from heart conditions etc

ive spoke to std clinc and gp and tbeyll both be testing me monday & tuesday !

could it be hepatis could it be obesity could it be non alcholic fatty liver? could it be something else ??

please help !

thank you

you should probably tell your ex gf you was sleeping with a transgender unprotected less than a month before seeing her again. that would be a start.

Elevated ALT levels at the severity yours is definitely means something is up with your liver. over triple the normal level?

i had elevated alt levels only at 50 and my doctor prioritised getting my liver examined. in the end i was given the all clear as i had no further symptoms.

    come back with an update.
