hi, can you help me with reading my iron results and what they mean. my iron seems to be at a normal to low end but within range and my total iron binding capacity and unsaturated iron binding is really low. what could this mean. I also have low b12 but have been on treatment for 5 weeks with no improvement yet . I have extreme fatigue. muscle pain. nerve pain and tinnitus for 9 months. all other bloods normal. thanks
