Help really bad stomach pain

It is currently 11:34 pm I am in so much pain. My stomach hurts so bad . I don't know what the problem is. Please help me hurts to move around

    Hi feel sorry about this.

    If i were you, will visit emergency care for getting treated rather than sitting in front of computer.

    What did you eat for your evening meal or throught the day?..keep a food diary to write down what foods you are eating that you may have an intolerance ...or what are you drinking?.....are you taking any medications that may be upsetting your stomach?.....

    I have solved the problem of the sweet frog it happens everything I eat anything. Now I have another problem any help for treatment of acid reflux
