I'm 16 and uncircumcised, virgin, no sexual activities. One day (4-5 days ago) I masturbated like 5-6 times. Then felt some pain on glans. Pulled the foreskin back and I saw this where it was hurting. Light pain, not severe.

It's been 4-5 days since I noticed. First day it was red... Thought it's a blister due to masturbating too much. I cleaned with soap and water, applied an antibiotic cream called 'Soframycin' (By the way I always clean my glans with soap and water while bathing everyday). I continued this (cleaning 1-2 times a day then applying the cream. So nothing changed in about 3 days. There was something like a discharge (puss like) but it could be the cream which I applied... Became like that after some time. It didn't hurt... Just a sensation.. then couple days ago I was reading about all this on internet and suspected it could be eczema. Some website said soap can make the allergic reaction worse. So last 2-3 days I didn't apply water or soap there at all and I didn't even put the antibiotic cream. I just used a cotton dipped in an antiseptic liquid (savlon) to clean that area. And then dried it with another piece of cotton.

Now this white part over the red spot (see photos) has come yesterday. Maybe it's the puss... MAYBE....I don't know what to do!!! Help!

Sorry for the late reply, but if you want to add images, you need to be on a PC or laptop.  If you are, then you should see some extra icons towards the top right of where you type, and the right hand icon (which I think is supposed to look like the sun over mountains) will add images.

The pic I've attached here shows the icons:

If you have pus though, then you should see a doctor if you didn't already, or if it hasn't already cleared up.  You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

If you could update this thread and tell us what the doctors say, it would be appreciated.  Good luck.
