HELP! Root/Stick like things in stool. PHOTOS.

I just recently found the same thing in my stool every time I went I looked at it close up and the stem didn't move but was hard like a stick our like a stem . so weird I'm thinking I should go to doctor's any body else know what it could be ??

Also I did have to take antibiotics for a tooth ache last month. and I notice I broke out in a rash ????

I havent had any luck with a doctor every time i go in they make me feel crazy. for a while they were making me second guess my self but i also have a rash on my shin and it has been there the same amount of time i was researching it and it maybbe a fungus of some type . i also have fungus on my two big toenails , i am going to try food grade domacatus earth .

i have the same straw like fiber in my stool i cant find anything on it either plz stay in touch if you find any answers

I had a colonostopy and an endoscopy it was found that I have gastrotinitis. I have been taking a prescription Nexium and it has cleared.

has your mystery been solved? I've been struggling for about 10 years now with exact same symptoms. this "root system" has become thicker. I compare it to johnson grass because it also resembles our nervous system. branches out while securing itself to my insides. joint pain is debilitating. constipation due to blockage but I too have been deemed crazy. skin crawling. soars that never heal. I actually pulled a 'twig'like object from my leg. felt like a fish hook with burrs.

The fact that this thread has been going on for 4 years and no one knows what it is or has gained an answer, petrifies me. Because I to struggle with this problem and have been for quite a while. After tonight being the most prevalent sized I've ever had, I put some gloves on, and grabbed what I saw in hopes my doctor can get me some answers.. Seeing as I haven't seen anyone else attach any photos, as embarrassing as this is I am attaching a photo so that way those of you that have commented as well, can confirm or deny whether it has the same type look as yours has. Keep in mind, in the past usually I've just had smaller, thinner pieces that have has the straw like, twig consistency and I have spent hours in the past wracking my brain as to if MAYBE somehow it could have involved something I've ate. But after tonight, I have come to the conclusion that no, there is no way it is something to do with anything I've ate. I can barely swallow a pill, let alone something like this. (this is about a 2 inch piece, and as you'll see it's almost got like a "stem" to it) Passing this was painful, which is what caused me to look to which this was found.. I am hoping by posting this photo one of you can as I said before, confirm or deny if this looks to be the same type thing you've all been dealing with. I have been all over Google, MANY of times and found no answers. This is the first I ever found this thread, which is why I'm choosing to do and post this as a lot of your comments have described exactly what this has usually been like, and looked like in the aspect of texture and look. Tonight is the FIRST time it has ever looked like this to where it almost has a "stem" like thing. Usually it has just been either small pieces, or one straight "twig" type piece. Any responses are appreciated greatly, as this is highly embarrassing, but I no longer know where else to turn over this. Thanks!

Also just to clarify one last time, so that it is beyond clear there is NO way this involves ANY of the foods I have been eating. No way whatsoever.

Mind if I ask how your situation turned out and if you ever found out what it was? I went to the bathroom and had a very similar thing happen. I had diarrhea, and in it two red things that looked like plant stems and I have no idea what else to describe it as. It wasn't moving and didn't bend either. I'm worried I have c diff or parasites.

sounds like what im experiencing. I poured green rubbing alcolhol on them and about 30-35 seconds after this thing started to rage about and seemed to have had tiny glitter like round things come from it, several Swimming around, but couldnt see eggs with naked eye, but could with phone. Very disturbing

i have ezakly the same thing ive done bowel prep 4 times n had colenospys they found polups but doesnt explane y my poo looks like dryed tabacoo when looking after braken in hafe i have huge long clusters off looks like tree roots n ive gloved up n pulld out the realy realy hard thing it kinda looks like my poos is full off sticks n strings with so meny seeds i took worm tsbblets again tonight n huge strings come out n bits off skin or tissue papper looks like n big seads little seads stem n thousends off strings i get bolk belly akes hurts to poo its werd mine looks like theres more string then poo n what r the hard wood like things ive googled everythink n carnt find no pitchers

so this was in my 4 year olds poop yesterday, and since then he's been pooping (pasty diarrhea) upto 5 times a day. does anyone have an answer this is the only thread I can find where anything sounds the same.
