    Hi There,

It actually sounds like your having an anxiety or panicĀ attack. Anxiety and panic attacks can give you the physiological symtoms you are feeling, such as heart beating very fast, feeling like your legs or fingers are numb, you can feel breathless (or that your throat is closing up), and get headaches. What you need to do when you feel like this is breath very slowly, not think about your body, and focus on your breathing. It can also help to read one line of a book again and again until you actually understand what you are reading. Distract yourself in healthy ways but maybe having a look at Mindfulness.

    I hope this is helpful!

    Thanks

    Georgie
