    Yes Jrb

The physical symptoms you feel are all from the anxiety and sadly the symptoms then feed the anxiety as you get more fearful of the symptoms.

Do you know any coping skills to help calm yoir mind down and change the thoughts you have when you feel a symptom.

This is very helpful if you can get an understanding of how your thought pattern keeps your anxiety up.

Try looking into mindfulness to help grasp what is happening to your body.

The medical universties that study anxiety and mindfulness are very helpful and you can access their talks on the net.

They also give you peace of mind and teach you skills to help get your life back on track.

Good luck stay strong and breathe xx

    Hi,

Yes I get this a lot! I've suffered with anxiety from a very young age...health anxiety more then out else it's horrid!! I get chest pain, left arm ache, breathlessness sometimes dizziness as well. It can be really scary. I worry a lot about my heart more then anything else...im always aware of it. It's even affecting my exercise as I'm convinced it's just going to stop one time. It's a horrible thing to have.
