Help, something is on my nose!

Hello, I will give some background first. I have been sick with symptoms of: blocked nose, cold and hot, horrible throat and lungs (which is never normal) and a need for food but i don't eat it at the time.

I went to bed yesterday and i think over the course of me sleeping some snot came out of my nose and i never cleaned it and i have just noticed something on my nose, what is it and how do i get rid of it?

    looks like a cold sore of some kind, there not always on the lips especially with men, put some cold sore cream on it and let it dry out.

    And don't touch it or kiss anyone their incredibly infections.

    if it doesn't start to see clear up after 4 days see your chemist or GP
