Help!! Something white on my vulva idk of it's yeast infection or BV

      is it okay to remove the white with cloth or it will come out by itself? what would be the best thing to do to heal this?

      Don't try to wipe of the yeast, it can irrirate you. You should start an OTC antifungal treatment that you can buy easily at your pharmacy. You can take lukewarm baking soda bath to help. It will be gone in a few days. You can find a lot of information on candidasis/yeast infection on the internet to help you understand and manage it.
