If you have had it, and the one under your tongue, for a long time go and see your dentist. they are trained in all aspects of oral health.
If they have only been there a week or so, they may be nothing more than ulcers which will heal up, but its always wise to get these checked out. Even more so if you are a smoker or heavy drinker.
