Help, Spinal Cord Stimulator Issues

Posted , 2 users are following.

Loved the temp. Had the perm put in end of April. After a week started getting headaches, bowel issues.

I turned the device off. 6 hours later the device started making an intermittent humming noise. I opened the ap; the humming stopped. However more than 24 hours later I am having tingling back of legs, feet, coccyx, lower stomach. I called the corporate techs. They said the humming was NOT normal.

Has anyone experienced same or similar? seeing surgeon tomorrow.

    Hi Suzanne,

Wish I had an answer for the humming but I like so many others have experienced and still experience the tingles, some have experienced this with their device on or off. some find turning down the level of stimulation solves the problem and reprogramming is done of your specific settings. some never find a solution and have their implant removed or live with it as is. If you are new to the realities of the true complications we end up against please do as much research as possible and be very cautious in trusting the dr who put it in and what his statements are to you. I would love to hear how your appointment went and what advice you were given if you have the chance.
