Help; Sudden onset of excessive belching, odd abdominal pains.

Hi, I'm trying to see if anyone on here has had similar health issues and can point me in some direction so I can go to a doctor, get tested, and potentially get treated. So much has been ruled out, so I'm trying to see what all is left that I can be diagnosed or tested for.
Me: I'm a 28 year old male, eat a fairly healthy diet, weigh 150 at 5' 8", drink plenty of water, and am usually fairly active though I haven't been to the gym since the pandemic started. I'm not a smoker, I don't drink pop/soda almost at all (with the exception of like 1 bottle every month or two), and I only have like a bottle of cider or glass of wine once a week (if not every other week).
Since December, I've experienced the sudden onset of abdominal pain, belching, and random but occasional constipation. I've been seen by multiple doctors, and they've determined I have a normal gas pattern, no abdominal free air, no calcifications, no masses or tumors, etc. Bilirubin, glucose, ketones, leukocytes, nitrites, protein, urobilinogen, and more are all normal levels.
Symptoms:
- Abdominal pain: Random pressure, sometimes jabs of pain, sometimes it feels like everything is moving down there, and sometimes it feels like a low-voltage shock. Pain is primarily in my Lower Right Abdominal Quadrant though I can experience the pain throughout my entire abdomen or my solar plexus region.
- Belching: I'm not a person who frequently burps, and since the onset of this I can belch up to 20 times an hour. Not just little burps, but long drawn out belches. It's not even so much as a choice as it feels like a reflex.
- Constipation: Again, random but occasional. Most often in the evening. Most days I can go in the morning, though after around 4 PM it becomes near impossible to get anything out. When I do, it's akin to rabbit pellets. It can also take me up to 1-3 days to fully process foods out of my system (based on what I ate versus what's present in my stool)
Things that doctors have ruled out, or believe to be ruled out;
- Hiatal Hernia
- Kidney stones
- Gallstones
- Gallbladder disease
- Kidney disease
- Tumor(s)/Mass(es)
- Liver damage/cihorisis
- Liver disease
- Cholelithiasis
- Cholecystitis
- Appendicitis
- and a few more things I'm sure
Tests Done:
- Blood Test
- Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
- Hepatic Function Panel
- Urine Test
- Multiple X-Rays
- Multiple Ultrasounds
- Physical Exam
So my question, does anyone have any idea what I might have wrong with me? It's wearing down on my mental health because it's gradually become more and more present, and my concern is that I can keep seeing doctors, all my tests can keep coming back as "unremarkable", I can keep racking up medical bills, but I'm just going to have to wait until this becomes so bad I am rushed to the ER so they can find out what's ruptured or gone haywire in my body.
