Help! Swollen vulva and spots!

While i was checking myself today, i noticed my vaginal opening is swollen, has white spots, and a slight red spots as well. I have only been active with my bf and I have not experienced any itching or burning. I'm confused on what i'm experiencing, please help.

    Have you or your bf had sexual contact with other person in the past? Is it painful? Do you have unprotected sex?

      in the past yes, but years ago. Not painful and yes, we are trying to have a baby.

    It looks a bit like herpes but I'm not sure because herpes looks normally worse. It would be good to see a doctor to get tested for it. It could also be an allergy or any type of infection. It's difficult to say

    Dear ladies,

    This is severe yeast infection. No creams will help .

    You need Fluconazole. My doctor put me on a 16 week treatment (1 tablet a week) & I feel normal again. This almost took over my life! I suffered for 9 months trying to figure out what it was! I even thought it was a prolapse
