Help taking over my life!!

So ever since oct 2019 i have been suffering, ive been getting bumps pretty much each time i shave. I cant help myself but dig at them which causes sore spots that take around a week to heel. They never spread or change they just heel and go away. Iam stuck with paranoia. I have convinced myself that it is herpes despite negative swabs. i am in the uk so there is no routine blood test however ive ordered a private one and just waiting for results. i have had a lovely and supportive boyfriend for the past 5 years and only ever been with one other person. i cant see a way out of this it has left me completely missierable and unable to look forwards to the future:(

sorry for the long post i just want some help

if your getting bumps each time your shave they are more then likely related to shaving.

you can by online tests and in the uk there is walk in centres you can use. go next time a bump will pop up for a swab.
