Help - tender hard lump on bottom of clitoris

I've had this hard lump between my labia and the bottom of my clitoris off and on, usually inflammed after sex and it’s inflamed and super tender for a week or two. When not inflammed its unnoticeable or maybe not there—I’m not sure . I have been HPV positive for ten years but not 16 or 18 and have never had warts that I know of. It is very tender and sensitive. There is red irritation between the bump and clit. Is this a skin tag irritated by sex? HPV Wart? I had an abnormal pap via parakaratosis and have a follow up in a month but can’t get in sooner. This one happened the morning after sex with a lot of clitoral stimulation. If anyone else has had something similar let me know what it could be. Thank you!!

    i get under the skin spots there sometimes and there tender but they only usually last less than a week ish

    how long as it been there ?

      Two years, but usually smaller and not painful. It is some sort of growth that gets inflammed sometimes after sex. I have an appt with my obgyn in a month and also sent the images to teladoc dermatology since I'm out of town for a few weeks. He called it a neoplasm and possibly a fibroid that I should see my obgyn to have removed and sent to pathology if it doesn't go away/get smaller in two weeks.
