HELP these white spots appeared in my girl area. Could this be a yeast infection? Or an STD?

Hey all! last night my vagina felt sore and I thought it would go away until this morning I checked and there was these white spots (in picture) I'm very worried idk what to do or what it is. It feels uncomfortable, it hurts when I move a lot. Someone please help im so worried... Could this be an STD? Ive only had one partner and we have been together for 6 months image
