Help! This randomly formed overnight

I started having to push to urinate on Wednesday. I started getting treated for a UTI on Thursday. I’m still having a hard time urinating and upon inspection I found what feels like a swollen lump inside the opening of the vagina. Just doesn’t look normal to me at all. I’m obviously gonna call my OB in the morning. Does anybody know what this looks like? i also have the tail end of my menstrual cycle.
