HELP:( Threadworms- what are tiny white specks everywhere? Taking over my life..

Posted , 2 users are following.

I had threadworms for years on and off as a teen and they affected my mental health and confidence hugely.

Now in my early 20s they have come back again. I was absolutely devastated to discover this.

I have done all the right things since taking the medicine 10 days ago, I put everything in the wash after wearing it, wash my hands thoroughly, shower morning and evening changing my towels every time, wash my bedding daily, pyjamas daily, underwear daily, never put my hands near my mouth etc....

Still seeing small white specks everywhere, on my bedding, clothes, underwear. Are they the eggs? Larvae? Dead parts of worms? Or am I losing my mind and it's my skin because of how dry and scaly it's is from all the washing?

What more can I do please help...

jen first calm down and take a breath its gonna be alright

are you feeling itchy? what exactly are u feeling you only described what you see to us thats not going to be very helpful

we need all the information u can give like if you itch where are u feeling the itching? what kind of itch is it is it like pin prick bites or crawly feeling?

is it in one place or multiple places is it 1 itch or it is multiple worms crawling at once

if its worms you can take mebendazole but i think Zimecterin Gold Paste Horse Wormer works way better

if you need help msg me privately im here to help in anyway i can cause i been thru it before and i beat it down

it wasnt easy but keep in mind you could get it again even if you beat it because worm eggs float in the environments where theres lots of pple and also if someone who has worms comes to your house or u go to their house well u get my point

its not easy dealing with this stuff just try to keep your head up thru it all and dont let it get u down
