Help to interpret blood test results

Hi, I went for a blood test for fatigue and possible anemia, these are some abnormalities that I got back on results but don't have an appointment for 2 weeks can anyone interpret?

Mean call haemoglobin concentration is 360 g/L above range

serum alkaline phosphatase level is 142 u/L above high reference limit

serum alanine aminotransferase is 72 u/L above high reference limit

Serum gamma-glutamyl transferase is 63 u/L above high reference limit
