Help took double dose by accident

I took a 50mg sertraline this morning and I've just took another one (6pm) my brain isn't working at the moment I'm panicking now 😯

    Just relax.  Their are people that take double that dose.  You may have a little increased anxiety but I don’t think you have anything to worry about.  Just relax.   😉

    Hey Pamela,

    You don't need to worry, 100mg is a normal dose of Sertraline. You may feel the side effects even more though, that's probably why you're feeling panicky about the situation. Just make sure you stick to recommended dose for tomorrow!

    I've done that a few times.  You should be fine.  I just try to space the next days dose out a little farther.  But don't worry

    Crap..i just got this notice. Its okay, calm down...it will be ok. Listen to music, take a bath, or take a xanax or benedryl and calm down. It will pass. I had that happen too.
