Help!! Ulcers on vulva??

I have what looks like an ulcer on my labia and I dont know what it is?? Its sore when I wipe and if i touch the area around it which has gone red. I havent had sex in almost a month either.

I had the same issue about four months ago and went for an STI check up (they did blood tests and swabs to check for everything) and it all came back negative but by the time I had my appointment that ulcer had gone so they couldnt have a look at it.

Any ideas what it might be???
