Hi all, im new here. Im 23 year old male, used to be a competitive bodybuilder but for the last 2 years ive had nothing but problems. I had gall stones right before my 21st birthday so i had my gallbladder removed. My kidney liver and bilirubin were all elevated. My bilirubin still is and my liver enzymes seem to fluctuate. Ive lost basically all muscle mass and have been dealing with all types of issues keeping me out of the gym. Chronic back pain, joint pain, muscle spasms and much more. Im trying to get to the bottom of it all. I dont smoke dont drink, no recreational drugs, never used any performance enhancing drugs. Anyways i had a liver biopsy done and results came back as follows:

Histologic section shows multiple fragments of core tissue. Which are considered adequate for morphologic evaluation.

There is minimal to mild chronic inflamation of the portal area with minimal interface activity and rare liver cell degeneration. The chronic inflamatory cells are mainly small lymphocytes. No plasm

******* Accidently posted before finishing****** here it is continued. No Plamacytosis or eosinophilia is identified. Focal area shows peri-centrovenule liver cell degeneration. These findings are non specific. Also when i had my gallbladder removed they did a liver biopsy which came back positive for hepatitis. Which it didnt come back positive for hep a-b-c. Just came back as hepatitis. Not sure if there is any correlation.Id really like to get back and compete again. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated, thank you for reading.

You need to ask your doctor to interpret this in non medical words to help you understand what is going on. Don't be embarrassed at not knowing what it means.
