Hi, would it be a bad idea to start taking medication for gonorrhoea and chlamydia when it's only been 4/5 days since possible infection but I have some signs? will i cause myself any harm if i start treating myself before i get my results back as i need to be clear as soon as possible

No harm can be done... you will simply take antibiotics for nothing if it's negative...

i feel pain in my testicles but i need to be clean if i am positive fast as possible, could i take the treatment to fast and then if i do have it could i then make myself more resitsant to the medication right now? obviosusly i could do for the future but im not worried about that. what do you think i should do? i have a test and the medicarion coming tomorrow. i want to take the test then start medication right away

If you are positive, taking the medication right away will start healing you. I don't think you'll be more resistance to the medication in a week... taking too much antibiotics is not good in the the long term but one time can't do that much harm.

It would be better to wait for the result but it's your choice.
