okay so ill just be blunt, i had sex with 2 different men in 1 week, and didn't use protection either time. I'm on birth control so in my head I just said f it. Well here I am with a decent amount of itching at the entrance of my vagina with some small bumps and the occasional light spotting if I itch too much. please help

The little bumps are just vestibular papillomas; but the vagina is a little red and if you're also itchy it could be thrush (candida). I suggest you get checked for STDs and also for thrush. Light spotting could be one of a number of causes, including STDs like chlamydia or gonorrhoea, so best to get checked.

i will make an appointment with my doctor, thank you! ive been taking warm baths and soaking a little each night and it seems to be helping
