Help, want to feel good again.

I tested positive for chlamydia at the end of April. Me and my spouse both took Azithromycin to clear it. In the beginning of June he started feeling symptoms so we believed the antibiotics didnt clear it and took doxycycline. Since then i have felt on the uprise of things. I have been feeling a slight pain during penetration, last night was more intense, and having pink whenever i wipe after going to the bathroom after sex. I wouldnt say spotting because it does not last. I just have this feeling something isnt right or inbalance. I took this pictures today and am concerned because i feel it looks abnormal. I have had some white discharge but i wouldnt say its abnormal and havent noticed any smell till this morning when i thought it was a little off but i could he paranoid.
