Help! What are these bumps?

For starters, I was recently diagnosed with GHSV-1 a few months ago, and now I'm very paranoid of everything going on downstairs. I'm currently almost done healing from a herpes outbreak (that's what the red skin around my vagina is from) and was doing some digging and found these bumps.

So I have what looks to be a row of bumps. I have a similar row on the other side in the same spot inside my vagina, but a lot smaller and a bit different characteristically.

They look all connected and flatter when I pull on the labia (like grooves?), but when i don't really pull, they present as more round in appearance.

I have no itching, pain, or burning.

I honestly have no idea if I've always had them, I'm just really scared that I have other stuff now too. Is this VP? Does it look like HPV? Any help would be really appreciated -- I'm so anxious, especially after contracting an STI a few months ago. I have had no new partners since. I have a pap shmear back in November and it was all normal. I have an appointment with a gyno next week, and I'm honestly really scared (trying to put my big girl pants on.)

Thank you so much!!!

P.S. I don't know if age matters, but I'm 25 years old.
