hey so got Covid before xmas and friends gave me some ivermectin to take. and i also took baby aspirin to prevent blood clots?!? and i never take aspirin. i have never seen these spots until lately. can anyone take a guess? im worried it maybe lover spots. but i dont think so... 
its freaking me out
please help!

It may be a side effect of Covid itself. They will probably fade but you may always have that freckly look.
