Help! What is this?

2 weeks ago I started to feel uncomfortable down there, no foul smell it's just abnormal thick discharge and some mild itching and a little burning when urinating and wiping. I shaved and felt a little relieved, no more burning feeling itchiness come and go. I got curious and checked it was like normal looking VAG. Yesterday I checked again and found those little whitish bumps inside the labia minora.. I am so paranoid right now.. image
