As circled in black, seems like some sort of growth that I have never seen before. Shld I be worried? It does irritates or hurts me abit if I touch it

maybe its warts because if it was normal i dont think it would hurt

Edit: it doesn't hurt anymore this morning. I think it hurt because I irritated it yesterday by messing with it.
