hi i need some help (just for information i never had sex, just oral and it was about 7 months ago)....now i have this on my penis for more or less 1 month and now i'm worried

To me it looks like a Fordyce Spot. It has nothing to do with sex. You can't get them from anyone or you can't give it to anyone
