Leena...you look totally normal. Dont compare yourself with pictures of other vulvas/vaginas. No two are alike.

All vaginas have a slightly musky odour and its totally normal. Just make sure you wash regularly. Dont use a vaginal/vulva wash...just plain mild soap is fine and rinse with warm water, and never try to wash inside the vagina...its totally unnecessary and can lead to an imbalance of normal secretions.

If you are really concerned about period irregularity do see your GP if you are in UK or a gynaecologist . You can then be assessed properly. Why do you think your periods are irregular?

I have PCOS and taking a birth control to stop my periods but now they are so heavy. Also my discharge goes to yellow to clear, I feel like there is a lump and is all the tissue around the opening normal ?

Leena, that makes a difference. You may need to have your medication adjusted to control the bleeding. Ladies with PCOS often have more cervical mucus and I think thats what you are noticing. If you are overweight do try to lose some . Being overweight will possibly increase any body odour as you might be sweating more. If you are in UK see your GP. Have you been referred to a gynaecologist?

This is normal. Drier vaginas tend to have bigger problems. Irregular periods are on the timing of the constructs of your body its not a sign of an illness. I presume that these periods have different quantity of levels of blood leaving the vagina. This is normal. Odor can be sorted by using a bar of non fragrant smelling soap to wash the vagina and not gels and bath soaps. The reason for non fragrant is because you do not want to upset the PH balance of the vagina.
