Help!! What is this Have a Gyno appointment next week.Im scared!

Ok so Ive been with my husband since 2006 . No cheating going on nothing. We are pretty solid I'd say. Last week during sex I felt a burning sensation. I let it slide thought it was due to dryness.Then we had sex again this weekend and again burning sensation felt like every time he would go in he was rubbing against something and it burned. Afterwards felt the burning sensation and slight pain in my pelvis area the rest of the day. I noticed these raised bumps if i should call them that near my vaginal opening. We do have anal sex but havent in a while so i find it weird when i noticed my anus also looks swollen aside from the hemorroids. I have an appointment with the GYNO next week. But I am freaking out in the meantime please help calm my nerves. What could this be? ):imageimageimage
