i have herpes but never had an outbreak ive always had this lesion on my penis that bugs me til this ever since i got herpes from that girl i went to two uroligists and one dermtalogist they gave me creams but nothing is helping i really want help

if there is a lesion then that would be considered as an outbreak.
does it come and go or is it always permanently there?

it just stays there it doesn't go away no problems but i just dont like it i got it ever since i had sex with some girl 2 years ago

it does resemble the start of an outbreak, but if it is there all the time and doesnt go away then im not sure
