Getting stressed out wondering if this is herpes, pimples or razor burns?? Ive never really experienced this and i've been in a relationship for 2 years and we both have only had intercourse with each other

All 3 conditions you've mentioned are possible, but I think these bumps could be molluscum contagiosum (Google), a viral STD.
Examine the lumps carefully with a magnifying glass or the macro (close-up) facility on your smartphone and see if they have a characteristic dimple (umbilication)? Here's an image from Dermnet NZ to show you what I mean (yellow arrows).
