I noticed this yesterday when it caught on my underwear. It has been itchy at times. Pretty dry and a bit scabby. Its on the crease between my leg and groin. There was a couple of slightly ingrown hairs in the area. I also have a red spot towards the bottom on my stomach. Does anyone know what this looks like? I am super worried. Thanks

I dont think its anything to be too worried about. The top picture looks like eczema. Try to get some skin cream that is oat based and massage it in every evening before bed.
The bottom pic may be an ingrown hair, so just keep it clean and the hair will emerge in time. If more spots like this appear do they have a dimple in the top?

Thank you so much for replying! There is no dimple, the skin is just peeling around them. A bit sore to touch but mainly if i pick a bit of skin. Just was more worrying as its close to my genital area. I was shaving every day for a month but its never gotten this bad. Admittedly my hygiene was subpar for several days prior to this.
